Reaching the age of 29 in the realm of the nation's education sector, ICYM has proven that the programs offered, the facilities provided, and quality administration has produced highly employable graduates.
ICYM has obtained a 5-star MyQuest rating, MS ISO 9001:2015 quality certification, and is the first higher education institution in Melaka to receive the Approved Training Organization (ATO) Recognition Certificate from the Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia (DCA).
Furthermore, ICYM plays a crucial role in offering several Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) courses under federal and state government agencies, with the goal of producing graduates who can fulfill the demands of a highly trained workforce.

Academician
ICYM's academic staff are highly committed to ensuring that the teaching and learning methods implemented are in line with global needs. Focus is given to problem-solving skills, practical thinking, and the ability to translate ideas and theories into reality.
ICYM has a strength of 82 lecturers and academic staff in three (3) schools, one (1) collaborative program, a language and general studies center, and an industrial relations center. Academic staff are qualified with expertise in Master's Degrees, Bachelor's Degrees, Diplomas, Certificates, and Professional Licenses.

ICYM has established collaborations with industry partners as well as local and international higher education institutions in line with its mission and vision to provide global-standard educational opportunities.
