MAKLUMAT PROGRAM DIPLOMA IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT
The Diploma in Hotel Management is designed to provide students with foundational knowledge, practical skills, and industry experience in hospitality and hotel management. The programme covers key areas including front office operations, housekeeping management, food and beverage management, hospitality marketing, customer service, as well as basic finance and accounting.
Students are trained to manage daily hotel operations efficiently, deliver high-quality customer service, and understand effective marketing strategies within the hospitality industry. Emphasis is also placed on financial management to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of financial targets.
Selain itu, pendedahan industri yang komprehensif, termasuk latihan praktikal, memberikan pelajar pengalaman langsung yang berharga dalam persekitaran hotel sebenar. Dengan kemahiran teknikal, pengurusan, dan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang kukuh, graduan program ini akan bersedia untuk menghadapi cabaran dan merebut peluang dalam sektor hospitaliti yang terus berkembang.
SYARAT KEMASUKAN DIPLOMA IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT
- Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification with at least three (3) credits
PROSPEK KERJAYA
Pengurus Hotel – Mengurus operasi harian hotel, memastikan kepuasan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan kecekapan perkhidmatan.
Penyelia Meja Hadapan (Front Office Supervisor) – Menguruskan penerimaan tetamu, tempahan bilik, dan perkhidmatan pelanggan.
Penyelaras Acara (Event Coordinator) – Merancang dan mengurus acara seperti persidangan, seminar, dan majlis perkahwinan.
Pengurus Makanan dan Minuman (F&B Manager) – Menguruskan operasi restoran, katering, dan bar dengan memastikan standard kualiti makanan dan perkhidmatan dipatuhi.
Eksekutif Jualan dan Pemasaran – Menyediakan strategi pemasaran untuk menarik pelanggan baru dan mengekalkan pelanggan sedia ada.
Penyelia Rumah Tangga (Housekeeping Supervisor) – Memastikan kebersihan, penyelenggaraan, dan operasi rumah tangga hotel berjalan lancar.
Usahawan – Memulakan perniagaan sendiri dalam sektor hospitaliti seperti restoran, inap desa (homestay), atau perkhidmatan katering.
